Civil Law / Civil Litigation

Civil law encompasses all matters that are not criminal.  Our firm represents many clients in many different civil matters.  Many civil cases must be handled by the courts in litigation but litigation is not always necessary.

Most courts in Colorado require that the parties engage in non-binding alternate dispute resolutions, commonly known as mediation.  Our firm is experienced in mediating simple and complex cases.  Our firm is also experienced in binding alternate dispute resolution, also known as arbitration.  Depending upon the facts and circumstances of your particular case, we can advise you how best to proceed and what alternatives would be best for you.
