Tony is a native of Southern California, having graduated from University of California, San Diego (B.S.) and Pepperdine University Law School (J.D.). After practicing in Newport Beach, CA, he relocated to Colorado in 1994 to practice commercial/business and health care law. In 1997, Tony received his master's degree in taxation from the University of Denver.
From 2001 to 2009, Tony practiced in Summit County in the areas of estate planning and probate with the office of Bauer & Burns, P.C. He is licensed to practice in Colorado and California, in the Federal District Courts of Colorado and California (Southern District), is an Enrolled Agent before the IRS and is admitted to practice in the U.S. Tax Court. Tony also practices in the Front Range, primarily in Larimer and Weld counties, where he also provides legal services to farm/ranch clients.
